Antonio Martinez Mosquera
A Law graduate from CEU San Pablo University in Madrid, he has an extensive academic and professional background, with deep expertise in inheritance and tax law.
Since May 2014, he has been a partner at Martínez Lafuente Abogados. Previously, he served as Head of Tax for two major groups: from 2012 to 2014 at Grupo Chemo and from 2010 to 2012 at Grupo Amper, a company listed on the secondary market of the Spanish stock exchange.
He began his legal career focusing on tax advisory for national and international companies, as part of the teams at E&Y and PwC.
Antonio Martinez Lafuente
Doctor of Law and member of the State Attorney’s Office, a highly prestigious institution in Spain. He has extensive knowledge of international law and has advised prominent family groups on international inheritances involving multiple jurisdictions.
Marta Argota Puebla
Graduate in Law and Journalism from Rey Juan Carlos University in Madrid (2021).
Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at the School of Legal Practice, Complutense University of Madrid (2023).
She has extensive experience in international law, collaborating with Antonio Martinez on the handling of international inheritances involving the jurisdictions of Australia, France, the UK, and the United States.
