International Inheritance Lawyers
We Make Claiming Your International Inheritance Clear and Straightforward
We can help you claim your inheritance in the US if you are an expat living abroad or you have family who lived in the US. We can also help you claim an inheritance in Europe. We have attorneys based on the US and Europe that make your inheritance process much easier and take you through each step of the way.
We help simplify international inheritance. We are here to help clients recover their inheritance living outside the us. We also help clients claim assets in Spain, Italy, France and UK and the US.
You may need legal assistance if:
- You live outside the United States and inherited U.S.-based assets
- You were named in a will but have not received your inheritance
- No one informed you of an inheritance until years later
- The estate involves multiple heirs or disputes
- There is no will, or the will is being challenged
Our network of experienced attorneys spans both the US and Europe, enabling us to:
- Guide you through international inheritance procedures
- Handle legal requirements across multiple jurisdictions
- Simplify paperwork and documentation
- Ensure compliance with local inheritance laws
No matter where you live or where your loved ones resided, we make the inheritance process straightforward and stress-free.
At International Inheritance Lawyers, we offer a wide range of specialized services in inheritance division procedures.
We stand out for our attention to detail and commitment to efficiency at every stage of the process. We have an extensive network of lawyers in most countries, ensuring effective management of succession proceedings.
Our New York office allows us to assist not only in Europe but also in the United States, Central America, and Latin America.
Our Working Method
In the short term, for many inheritances, the work will primarily be carried out online. Clients can send us their documentation and we can handle the inheritance process from anywhere, with the option of having a video call, for example using Zoom.
Also we have the ability to act as representatives to sign inheritances. For example, if a U.S. resident has an inheritance in Spain, we are able to act as their representative. Similarly, in the U.S., if someone living outside the United States has an inheritance in the U.S. and needs to appear in person, we could also have an attorney act as their representative.
